I have worked with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult childhood experiences. I support people to better understand their important relationships, to cope with life changes and transitions, and to balance the need for emotional connection in relationships with a strong sense of oneself.
I help clients explore where they may feel stuck or confused, hoping we can bring some clarity, self-acceptance, and compassion to what they are experiencing. I work with lesbians and gay men, and those questioning their sexuality. I also have long experience supporting adults in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.
