As your therapist, I am here to support you in developing coping skills so the challenges in life feel more manageable. In working together, we can both give space to the more difficult moments and feel excitement for the beautiful things around you.

My therapeutic approach stems from a sex-positive, feminist perspective that highlights the collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. I utilize narrative and psychodynamic modalities and work with individuals who are learning to cope with trauma and anxiety.
