My clients are navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, obsessions & compulsions, or distress with food & body, often rooted in ongoing life stress, trauma, & societal pressures. Together we can collaborate to get unstuck from difficult patterns, gain actionable skills, & connect to your intuition. I often work with college students, young adults, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals & "sandwich generation" (folks in 30s/40s) but love working with adults of all ages.

My style is warm, validating, flexible, & direct. I'm body & fat-positive, HAES (R) (Health at Every Size) aligned, & LGBTQIA2S+ celebrating. I have extensive training in the treatment of disordered eating, OCD, & trauma, using CBT-E, ERP and EMDR. I'm also a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. We'll work together and use approaches that work best for you!
