I help clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, panic, emotional overwhelm, dissociation, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. Using somatic therapy, IFS, Brainspotting, EMDR, and hypnotherapy, we work to heal the nervous system, process painful experiences, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. Our work is client-centered and paced according to your comfort and needs, whether you are exploring childhood wounds, bicultural identity, relationship struggles, or LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
