Hi! My name is Ali and I am a licensed independent social worker and the owner of Heron Mental Health Ltd. I am located in Centerville, OH, and I see clients ages 18+, both in person and virtually. I currently accept Anthem, Aetna, Medical Mutual, United Healthcare, Oscar, Optum and Cigna. I will also see private-pay clients. Clients that are the "right fit" for me are clients that are ready to feel heard, ready to be gently challenged in their thought processes, and ready to make necessary changes to reach their personal goals. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, ADHD, coming-of-age struggles, and grief.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy which varies based on your individual goals and preferences, and I keep the environment very relaxed. I typically employ a combination of CBT, existential therapy, and motivational interviewing.
