I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and those looking to build emotional regulation, communication, and executive functioning skills. I help kids (10+), teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Using CBT, DBT, and EFT, I offer practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and executive functioning. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.
