I understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, and work collaboratively with my clients to determine the best approach for them.
My therapeutic approach is heavily influenced by relationship focused integrative psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic based modalities. A long term meditation practice has also informed my approach and understanding of human suffering overall.
