Welcome! I’m Alison, a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults and adolescents (ages 12+) gain a boost in self-esteem and self-worth, as well as the motivation to reach goals and the lifestyle they desire. Mental health is not just my profession, but my passion, and I aim to hold space for you to express the full range of emotions that arise in our work. You may think you're not good enough, talk down to yourself, or feel like you constantly need to please everyone around you. Nothing is too shameful or scary for us to face together.
My areas of clinical focus are eating disorders, addiction, trauma and PTSD. As an evidence-based practitioner, I strive to build therapeutic relationships with my clients to provide a safe space for them to be their authentic selves. I understand that it's not always easy to find the "right" direction in life.
