I'm certified in EMDR and use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and trauma informed care. I also integrate expressive therapies-such as play, art, and music-because healing can take many different forms.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I truly believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to meet each client where they are, helping them find the strategies and insights that work best for them.
