About
I'm so glad that you are considering reaching out for help! I believe that the therapeutic relationship has the power to be one of the most transformative in our lives. I find that disconnection from ourselves and others, as well as deviating from what brings us meaning, leads to pain. It is important to me that, together, we utilize your strengths in uncovering a path to a deeper sense of "connectedness" and more authentic living. I offer support, and I do a lot of listening.
I work primarily with adults across a range of concerns, and even though I consider my practice to be general, I do have specialized training and experience in trauma and other losses- tangible or not. I am EMDR trained- if you are interested in exploring this modality, we can discuss.
It's important that you feel safe and heard when in therapy. It's a very vulnerable time, so you set the pace. If you are interested in an appointment, the best way to contact me quickly is through email.
