Research into self-compassion has unveiled its extraordinary ability to diminish anxiety, depression, and stress while elevating motivation, confidence, and overall performance. Yet, the practical application of self-compassion is often more challenging than mere words suggest.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, self-compassion, the impostor phenomenon, perfectionism, and life transitions. My Ph.D. research focused on these constructs. I also have an advanced Self-Compassion in Psychotherapy (SCIP) certification and a Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) certification.
