If anxiety has been limiting your ability to enjoy life, I can teach you to successfully manage your difficult thoughts and navigate situations that scare you. I approach each patient with warmth, flexibility, and gentle humor, specializing in solution-focused treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, mindfulness, and DBT. My ultimate goal is to help you develop the skills and understanding to both overcome your current difficulties and better deal with whatever life may throw at you. With successful treatment, you will be able to begin or resume activities that you never thought possible.
With expertise in anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic attacks, PTSD, and other stress-related disorders, I provide relief from the anxieties that have been plaguing you. I am sensitive to the pressures faced by working moms and other professionals, and the world of anxieties that can be unleashed by parenting challenges.
I regularly meet with patients outside of the office to help you deal with anxiety where it occurs and gain confidence in real-life situations. As part of a treatment team, I also offer short-term intensive treatment for severe cases, meeting with patients up to 6 days a week.
