While I provide care for a variety of issues, I have extensive experience and passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals healing from internalized weight stigma, body discomfort, and diet culture.
I believe that there is no one way to work towards our goals and I look holistically at the impacts to an individual’s mental health. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety/depression, gender/identity exploration, body liberation/neutrality (HAES focused), trauma, and ADHD while prioritizing a culturally sensitive and trauma informed approach.
My counseling style is empathetic, warm, and reflects my personality in order to create a safe space where individuals can come to be their true selves and receive support as they explore the impacts to their well-being.
