Right now more than ever things can seem so out of ones control. My goal is to help you navigate life's ups and downs and transitions that are thrown your way. My passion lies in helping those experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, relationship (peer) issues, and behavioral issues (teens) and general life transitions.
My approach to therapy is integrative and includes but not limited to person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy and use of experiential techniques. My goal is to work with you and meet you where you are in regards to your needs and life concerns. Together we can work on goals and treatment plans that will enable you to move forward.
