Hello and welcome to Change of Heart Counseling. I take an emotionally focused, “bottom-up” approach to therapy, emphasizing the connection between the body and emotional experience. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to healing trauma, supporting emotional regulation, and fostering healthy, meaningful relationships with oneself and others.
