Teen DBT Skills Group
Teen DBT Skills Group! Begins October 2021- June 2022. DBT Skills is a weekly group high school teens who experience difficulty managing emotions, engage in self destructive behaviors, have conflict with friends and family. Teens will learn- healthy coping skills they will actually use, self managements skills, how to communicate with assertiveness, and how to create a life worth living.
