My name is Alisha Ready, LCSW. There are seasons of our lives where we may feel lost or hopeless, and unsure how to move forward. I truly believe everyone has the strength and ability to find healing and peace. My passion is to create an emotionally safe and supportive environment to support you through your brave journey. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, infertility, issues related to adoption, new life transitions, postpartum mood disorders, past trauma, or disrupted attachment.
My initial passion that led me to become a therapist was to work with individuals and couples experiencing infertility as I found this was a lacking component in my community. Over the years I've expanded my practice to work with primarily women during the prenatal and postnatal journey as well as women experiencing anxiety and depression.
In addition to my infertility work, I have almost 18 years of experience in working closely with children and adults that come from trauma and dysregulated attachment. I believe truly in the healing that can come from talk therapy. I work with clients to identify any and all goals in therapy.
