I am a transpersonal psychotherapist, life coach, healer, and artist with extensive experience in trauma/PTSD and dual-diagnosis work (substance and disordered eating issues). My focus is on addressing substance use and disordered eating issues arising from past pain. I work with individuals, families, and groups to help you find stability.
I utilize highly specialized, experiential methods that go beyond traditional talk therapy. This includes Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (horse therapy), Eco Therapy (nature healing), and Art Therapy.
