I utilize IFS, EMDR, ERP, and KAP to help clients who struggle with CPTSD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I find it important to use a "you" centered approach, that molds an individualized therapeutic experience that is tailored to your values, strengths, and goals.
