Announcement icon In person connection is vital for our well being & healing. I recommend this whenever possible & do offer telesessions on a limited basis.
My intention is to help people come home to themselves. I want to help people feel connected & a sense of belonging with themselves & others; to realize their own abilities to face life's challenges; to awaken to what matters most to them - what brings joy, life & peace. My work is to join with with people, helping them do the work in their lives that moves towards more well-being - the journey towards their best. My counseling approach combines psychology, neuroscience, embodiment practices, love of nature, spirituality & a deep love for people.
I am getting trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology and the Polyvagal theory. In a nutshell - learning to listen to what we're feeling in our bodies, emotions, tuning into our thoughts - with compassion, kindness, acceptance - helps us strengthen our sense of self. From there, we are more free to take the risks of living & enjoy the ease of well- being.
I love this work - building strong therapeutic relationships where clients & I work as a team to help them let go of things holding them back and move forward into increasing joy, connection, and freedom.
