Navigating everyday life in today's world can be incredibly overwhelming. You deserve a safe space to feel seen, heard and understood. I specialize in working with children (12+), teens, and adults needing support in managing everyday difficulties, body image struggles, and eating disorders. I also work with neurodivergent teens and adults that are navigating life living in a neurotypical world. Together we will work towards greater self acceptance and compassion. I will work at a pace that feels safe, and also push you to explore parts of yourself that you may be avoiding.
I offer both individual and family work. My primary modalities for supporting families with children struggling with eating disorders include Family Based Treatment and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. For individuals, I provide an eclectic approach including DBT, RO-DBT, ERP, and CBT modalities depending on what you are needing.
