I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of adults and older adults suffering from Borderline personality disorder, OCD, depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and eating disorders. I have experience in working with many of life's problems such as grief and loss, conflict resolution, and anger management. I work with each patient to understand his or her symptoms and the problems that impact their mood, and then create a holistic approach to develop a unique treatment plan that is tailored to address the individual's needs. You are not alone, and change is possible!
I use a variety of techniques to help individuals move through their process of healing including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strength based perspective, Solutions Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. I have experience working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, and BPD.
I provide therapy via video or phone session depending on your comfortability. My goals is to ensure that you are comfortable and are getting the most out of each session. Don't hesitate another minute to start your journey to healing, support is one click away.
