I often use Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential approaches in session, and believe in addressing wellness holistically.
I work in the treatment of eating disorders and addiction and how they can intersect. I specialize in bulimia, binge eating disorder, and addiction. I also work with grief and loss, depression, spirituality, religious trauma, existential concerns, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, communication, self-worth, identity development, and overall wellness.
