I work with individuals, couples, and families using a collaborative, affirming approach grounded in narrative and solution-focused therapy. I specialize in identity development, self-advocacy, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), trauma, and relationship dynamics, including LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship structures (CNM/ENM and BDSM/Kink)

This parenting class shows you how to raise self-confident, motivated children who are ready for the real world. Learn how to parent effectively while teaching your children responsibility and growing their character. Establish healthy control through easy-to-implement steps without anger, threats, nagging, or power struggles. Indexed for easy reference. It is a six week course taught by a licensed therapist.
