We all encounter hardships and struggles at various times in our lives. I deliver assessment and therapy services to those impacted by reproductive and perinatal mental health challenges, women's and maternal mental health struggles, and trauma. I value taking the time to develop a meaningful therapeutic relationships with my clients. I will join you and your family to discover insight, acceptance, and balance. I specialize, primarily, in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I have unique expertise to support those impacted by infertility (and treatment protocols), pregnancy loss, birth planning and birth trauma, perinatal concerns, and third party reproduction (donor sperm/oocytes, embryo donation, and gestational carriers/surrogacy).
My therapeutic approach is comprised of evidenced-based practices that are informed by developmental, family/systems, and relationship-based theories. I utilize interventions from attachment-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and feminist modalities. I also provide EMDR, psychological evaluations, and consultation + supervision.
