About
I am particularly interested in disrupting maladaptive family cycles and patterns and understand that breaking free of these cycles — rooted in everything from trauma and systemic oppression to the demands of navigating the modern world and family dynamics — is both deeply inspiring and also feasible. Bearing witness to this transformative change in my client’s lives is one of my greatest honors.
I treat individuals, couples and families utilizing intentional, holistic, cognitive and neuroscience based therapeutic strategies to support and help clients. I specializes in early attachment trauma, domestic violence, career counseling, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression, and the pre- and post-natal experience.
I recognize that everyone’s journey to therapy is driven by their unique story, my practice is adaptive to people’s range of backgrounds and needs. My style is empathetic and down-to-earth, enabling the creation of an accessible environment for everyone, including individuals who are new to therapy.
