I practice AEDP, an attachment-focused experiential approach that helps emotions flow and heal. I place the therapeutic relationship at the center of our work, creating a safe space to explore painful past experiences. With a psychoanalytic lens and my philosophy background, I uncover unconscious patterns and bring insight for lasting change.
I speak English and Chinese. Growing up in China, studying in Hong Kong, and living in New York shaped my respect for different cultural worlds. I understand the family expectations, guilt, and pressure many Asian clients carry.
