I’m Alisa (ah-lee-sah), a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and/or grief.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and recover from traumatic memories. EMDR can be especially helpful for those experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distress related to past experiences. Over time, EMDR can help you feel more grounded, regain a sense of control, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.
Everyone’s needs are different, and therapy should reflect that. My goal is to help you feel empowered and give that sense of control back to you. Whatever you are hoping for in therapy, we can work together to find out that best fit for you.
