If you struggle with overwhelming emotions, a noisy chaotic mind, or feel disconnected from your self and your purpose, you're not alone. The current world we live in can often feel overwhelming, and can make us feel stuck, anxious, or low energy. Among my specialties are embodiment, self-esteem struggles, shame, anxiety, grief and trauma. Together we can work to connect to and metabolize emotions and experiences, expand your toolbox of helpful coping strategies, deepen your relationship with your self and others, and help you live in a state of grounded peace and self-empowerment no matter what challenges arise.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client, using somatic, expressive arts, narrative and mindfulness based therapy. We explore and process your current issues, relationships and past experiences, and practice useful coping skills. Our sessions will have opportunities to use drawing and movement to process emotions, and to connect body and mind.
I am here to hold space for you with compassion and curiosity, and I welcome all layers of your identity, including cultural, ancestral, spiritual, and mystical. You already have all the answers deep within! And I believe in your ability to return home to yourself. Reach out to schedule a free consultation and we can chat further.
