Welcome! I'm committed to providing you with support that is both empathetic and empowering. I work with adults, couples, parents and families. Life can be challenging and sometimes we need additional support to help us reach our potential. I practice through a systemic lens, exploring individual behaviors through the context of the family. My goal is to support you in processing your thoughts and feelings by creating a safe and and non-judgmental space in which you can grow and heal. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, family issues and anger.

I work collaboratively with my clients to create strategies that support with life transitions, parenting and relationships. I work with my clients to help them deepen relationships by increasing vulnerability and connection. We'll work together to identify negative patterns and increase your awareness of how to change them.

You are the expert on you. My job is to learn from you and through that learning offer you validation, support and new ways of addressing persistent problems in your life.
