Our path towards mental wellness and personal clarity can often be winding and confusing; having a therapeutic partner during your journey can often make this process more manageable. I combine several treatment modalities, including EMDR, Parts work, Polyvgal theory, and CBT, depending on need. I have experience with, and love working with, clients of varying backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. My areas of focus include trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, transitions, and grief/loss.
