I primarily provide individual therapy to adults who wish to address acute or long-term trauma, specifically childhood sexual abuse/other developmental trauma but interpersonal stressors that occur in adulthood as well. I also work with clients on other family of origin concerns and boundary setting in all areas of their lives. I approach each client through a developmental lens, understanding that concerns manifest differently depending on one's age and developmental stage at the time of the trauma as well as at the time of treatment. I also am available to work with parents who wish to their children in a trauma-informed way.
