I believe the role of a therapist is to create the environment and container clients need to thrive and access their healthiest selves. Psychotherapy, especially psychotherapy focused on trauma, can sometimes be difficult, painful work that requires both courage and compassion. I am continually amazed by my clients' strength and resiliency in the face of difficult stressors. My role is to help clients develop self-compassion and meaning in a world that can often cause suffering.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience providing evidence-based care for PTSD and trauma recovery, anxiety, and psychedelic harm reduction and integration therapy. Most of my work centers on evidence based treatments for trauma and PTSD, including EMDR, IFS, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
Many of the clients I have helped have tried numerous things to improve their mental health. My goal is to help individuals to increase self-compassion and access their own inner healing resources. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey to mental health recovery.
