I am a seasoned psychotherapist in private practice for over 30 years, specializing in life transitions as a time of richness and growth. These include marriage, birth, parenting, divorce, aging, career transitions, and loss and grieving. I am a certified mediator and work with divorcing families in a collaborative way with lawyers and financials.
Life is but a series of transitions that even when anticipated or wanted, can be fraught with challenge. New chapters often have bumpy beginnings.
