I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and other concerns that interfere with daily life. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. I am certified in TEAM-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and EMDR (EMDRIA-certified). I also incorporate modalities such as Polyvagal-informed and Internal Family Systems-informed techniques. Additionally, I have training in CBT-I for insomnia, weight management, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
