No matter how capable and resilient we are, at times we are faced with challenges that require professional help. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. I offer a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. I help clients identify their thinking errors and behavioral patterns that are causing harm and standing in the way of them accomplishing their goals. I have experience working with people who face depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, ADHD and other issues. I currently work with adult clients (18 yrs old and up). In person and telehealth appointments are available.
I am a direct approach therapist. I believe time is valuable and I want my clients to reach their therapeutic goals sooner, rather than later.
My personal experiences have been invaluable because they allow me to empathize and relate to my clients on a deeper and more meaningful level.
