I will help you understand your trauma and identify how you/your life have been negatively impacted by those traumas. I am EMDR certified and use EMDR as a way to eliminate the distress/anxiety/shame/fear you are experiencing. I don't take insurance but I can give you a super bill to submit to your insurance.
I am a 22-year Air Force veteran and veteran's wife so I know the concerns in each of those areas. I am straight forward and engaged with my clients. Additionally, I welcome a diverse population with unique struggles. Let's get together and work on it! I see clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
