Hello, my name is Alina, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience working with individuals and couples. I specialize in trauma ("big T and little t") and how it reverberates through my clients' lives and relationships. My work is informed by a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Relational Life Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I also work with individuals who are going through ketamine treatment. I'm professionally committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the best practices in the field.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, meditation, hiking and spending time with my family.
