Hello! My name is Alina Mikolaitis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in the field of mental health and psychology since 2000. My approach in therapy is to focus on building organic relationships, process and resolve identified issues, and ultimately support you in reaching your goals to live a more positive and fulfilling life. I mainly work with adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum, addiction, an array of mental health issues, familial and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach includes active listening, motivational interviewing, supportive counseling, strength-based interventions, mindfulness, positive thinking, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
