I specialize in working with teens and adults from 18-60 years of age who want to build confidence, improve communication, clarify goals, and develop healthier thinking patterns. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you connect with your strengths and move toward a more fulfilling, authentic life. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, and when appropriate, I incorporate humor and metaphor to help deepen insight and connection. I offer sessions in both English and German.

In our work together, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and existential perspectives. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you or simply want support navigating life’s inevitable complexities, we’ll figure things out together, one step at a time.
