As a clinician at Grounded Therapy PLLC, I provide compassionate, eclectic psychotherapy with an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-informed lens. I draw from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theory, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems), tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs.
