At Align Counseling, we really do care. Our therapists specialize in the populations they work with, so you’re never handed off to whoever has an opening. Kids get a therapist who speaks their language. Teens get someone who actually gets it. Adults get real, deep work beneath the surface. We use play therapy, somatic work, and IFS because healing has to fit the whole person, not just the problem. You deserve that.

I work with children, teens, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, body image struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to communicate their needs. I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported. Through play therapy, person-centered care, creativity, and relational approaches, I help clients build emotional insight, strengthen communication, process difficult experiences, and move toward healing and growth.
