I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with various populations. I’ve completed my dissertation work, “A Megaphone for Black Mothers: Exploring the Content and Culture of Black Parenting,” where I explored Black mothers’ perceptions of what influences the culture and content of their parenting practices.
I provide a warm space where the therapeutic process will feel natural and empowering. I have experience with youth 15+ years through adults. I am a Christian therapist who is passionate about and specializes in working with BIPOC, adolescents, young adults, anxiety, stress, inter-generational trauma, individual premarital preparation, and boundary-setting.
