Learn and practice powerful grounding practices to help you connect to your authentic essence. Learn and practice somatic awareness helping you develop beautiful attunement and presence with Self. Learn how to experience and explore your arousal. The goal is to reduce fear and shame, and performance with sex and our sexuality.

Womens Empowerment Group
Ongoing-women's empowerment group focusing on authenticity, transformation (healing trauma) and empowerment. This is a small, closed group with various start dates throughout the year- days and times vary depending on availability of group members. 6 Sessions. Group members will then have the option to continue meeting monthly for community, support and continued healing. Please reach out for more information.
