I have many years of experience as a therapist. I been trained in psychoanalytic theories (object relations, relational and modern psychoanalysis) and interventions as well as CBT and motivational interviewing (which is different than what it sounds like). I tailor the approach to the individual. I am also flexible as well as an empathic listener.
