I help women who have experienced betrayal/infidelity by their partner, childhood trauma, religious/cult trauma, relationship issues/attachment wounds, and intimate partner violence/domestic violence. I help my clients resolve lingering anger, sadness, grief, fear from recent and past hurts from people they care about. Trauma work includes traditional talk therapy to also utilizing somatic therapy such as EMDR to foster personal growth. Together we pick up the pieces and move forward towards recovery.
Some people prefer once a week therapy or an intensive format to heal their trauma, you have options. A standard session is about 50 minutes, but an intensive stretches that to 6 hours in a single day. Think of it like a deep-dive retreat for your healing.
