My approach is friendly and intuitive, grounded in family systems theory and enriched by CBT, EMDR, ACT, Brainspotting, mindfulness, environmental psychology, personal development coaching, and habit and routine formation.
I also work with adults across the lifespan who are navigating transitions such as parenthood, empty-nesting, mid-life career and educational changes, break-ups, and retirement. Together, we create space to explore your situation with inner calm, clarity, and confidence as you move forward.
Another core area of my work is supporting individuals recovering from emotionally abusive relationships.
