I have worked with clients of all ages, with an emphasis on adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. To best support each client's individual needs, I work from a collaborative, integrative approach. I have experience utilizing CBT, ACT, Solutions-Focused, Brainspotting, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
