Together, we will help you to build and heal the relationship with yourself, your body, and with others. I'm a queer therapist who works from a relational psychodynamic lens, incorporating somatic practices and ACT.
Though I work with a variety of clients, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, relationships, anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approach is depth oriented and interpersonal neurobiology-informed. My therapeutic style engages your emotions, thoughts and body in a compassionate and open way, creating space for you to show up as your authentic self.
