Hi there, I'm Alicia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering psychotherapy in California and Colorado. Are you feeling lost or disconnected and unsure how to move forward? My approach is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity. I’m trauma-informed, EMDR-certified, IFS-informed, and have experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy and mindfulness practices. I help clients heal acute and childhood trauma, navigate anxiety, panic, and depression, and move through life transitions with greater clarity and ease.
